I was very pleased with the effectiveness and efficient way the work was carried out by RPD. I was also very pleased with the communication between your office and myself regarding how and when the work would be carried out.

I was expecting a huge ditch to be dug and RPD explained in detail how long the work would take and exactly what was involved.

I had to leave for an emergency while RPD was working at my house and I felt very comfortable leaving them alone in my home. When I returned they had carried out all the work and had also cleaned up and locked my home securely.

I have nothing but praise for RPD and would highly recommend this company to anyone thinking of using their services and I would certainly use RPD again!

Newmains replaced - New mains water supply fitted in the garage, routed under block paving driveway. Lifted some block paving to assist the job and refitted well afterwards.

No fuss, got cracking with the work and did a great job.

Leadmain replacement - RPD arrived onsite early this morning and ready to work! Within only 4 hours they had removed sections of my driveway, installed the new blue pipe to the stop tap and replaced the sections of drive removed. Apart from a slight dusting of sand (between the driveway blocks removed) you'd never had known they had been until you turn on the tap :)

The two men doing the work were approachable and know what they were doing. Very friendly and the cost was as agreed.

Replaced burst water supply - Reactive Plumbing, did exactly what their name suggests and reacted quickly to my emergency situation. I called at 10am, and spoke to Emma who friendly and very understanding of my predicament and I believe they diverted other work to respond to my need. By 11.30 someone had come to assess the situation and made everything safe, by 2.30 they started the job which was complicated because of the concrete yard that made locating the pipe difficult. However by time they had replaced the pipe and tidied up, leaving the garden tidier than it was before. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

The project was our most ambitious project ever and we really couldn't have done it without you.

Hundreds of companies and individuals turned out to help us with the renovation of the Norris Green Youth Centre and for that we are truly grateful.

The centre does some amazing work, transforming the lives of young people. We have given them a facility that will allow them to grow their curriculum and engage more young people from the local community.

The programme is due to be broadcast on Thursday 10th November at 9pm on BBC One. We hope you are able to watch and enjoy the show. You should feel proud of what was achieved.
